Since the start of my business, I am truly lucky to have Docu Connex handling my photocopier requirements. While I have no clue as to how to start procuring in this function, the Account Manager who serviced me was very patient in answering my questions and I must say some questions by me were amateur-ish. The deal and delivery of the machine and the set up was seamless and when we shifted from the temporary office to the permanent one, without even me asking, they arranged for the Technician to be on site during the shift so that the configuration will be done immediately without delay on our operations.
